I had a colonoscopy a few months ago to rule out IBS before they'd do surgery. It wasn't that bad. The prep did kinda stunk but i'd been through it a couple times beccause they kept saying my pain was from constipation, and gave me something to clean me out. They did it a few times even though it wasn't helping so I was kinda used to be stuck in the bathroom. For the procedure they had me completely sedated so i don't remember anything but i did wake up half way though it in extreme pain. They had to call the annastigiologist back in to give me more meds. The colonoscopy didn't show anything though, they still had to do the lap.
