physical therapy for endo?

Hi, My doctor has recommended physical therapy to try and help the pain I've been having in the LLQ. She supsects endo.(with all my other symptoms),but I've refused all hormonal/medical options at this time. I'm not convinced that all the possible side effects will outweigh any pain I have now and without a comfirmed diagnosis(lap). She wanted to try one option(the only one I would agree to was phy.ther.)before a lap. I had a uterine polyp removed with an endometrial ablation in May, in hope that it would help with heavy menses and possible pain. So far, it doesn't seem to have made much difference. Anyhow, has anyone had any pain relief from physical therapy or am I just wasting my time and insist on the lap. now?
