I find that even when I do manage to sleep through the night I am still exhausted all day the following day. I managed to talk my doc into some Ambien, but she would only give me a few so I take them sparingly. Interestingly, my dog is becoming accustomed to my 3-4 am wake up and is often waiting by the bed around that time. At least I have some company!
