Yep! and it really does suck!! It is so painful and I find it hard to express that to those around me. They can never understand the pain. i have people say try labour pains, but atleast you have a baby afterwards. Instead we just have the pain and nothing else! I feel like I've been in labour for 4 years and still no baby!!! I have had the Mirena fitted as an attempt to calm down the pain of the adenomyosis. It's still early days when I have a result good or bad I will be sure to post on here. I'm also begining a yeast free diet in the hope this helps. I lknow I'm intolerant and it is reported to inflame endo. I will try anything to put a stop to it!! Hold tight honey and just keep on posting and talking to whoever you can to get it all out. take care xx
