Sabrina, I saw four doctors before finding one who was willing to consider what I was talking about....that took 3 years. When I did find the right one she did several tests, tried me on some birth control, and then scheduled the lap. I'd say it was a little over a month, but then had to wait another month to get a spot at the hospital. Alyson
