I highly recommend prusuing the Chinese medicine route. Acupuncture is widely thought to be very successful at treating infertility issues. I participated in acupuncture, cupping, acupressure massage, and chinese herbs for about a year. My motivation was in seeking some remedy for my endometriosis. It is definately not a cure for that, but was very helpful in managing the intensity of my pain. One of my acupuncturists was an endo sufferer. She managed hers through acupuncture and treated her infertility the same way. She had two children before having a hysterectomy. There were several women at the clinic at the time that were there seeking help for infertility. I would be happy to share more about my experience if you have any questions. Feel free to e-mail me.
