so it's coming back already?

3rd laparoscopy was in march. my last 2 cycles were fine. but this one is awful. it's not as bad as before the lap (thank goodness for that), but it's required a few painkillers already. i hate this. i don't have much endo, but i'm guessing it's on nerves or something. and i guess it's coming back already.

also, i thought the bleeding was supposed to slow down at night while i'm lying down. um, last night, i had to change my pad 6 times because i was flooding so badly. i barely slept.

is it possible to just alternate good months and bad months? is there hope that next month will be easier? i've completely changed my diet. i haven't eaten meat or fatty foods in the past few weeks because i know the fatty foods are bad for endo. i'm taking my vitamins, my flax oil, etc. but i feel bad anyway.

i'm thinking a hysterectomy is coming soon, but i don't know if they do them for endo this mild. i wonder sometimes if it's something else causing the pain, but lately, it's only with my periods, and the daily pain went away after the surgery. maybe i just have really sucky periods.

thanks for listening. i'm grouchy and doped up. so i am rambling.
