my pain worsened on lupron. but i also developed a bladder disorder while on it, and that caused a lot of pain too. however, i had another laparoscopy right after finishing lupron, and the endo had grown back while on it.

it doesn't work for everyone.

oh, i just reread your post and noticed you are only on week 3. you will definitely have an increase in pain the first month. after that it should get better. if not, then you need to talk to your dr about other options.
