Reply: holly: "Re: Another Lupron question..." I started lupron about three weeks ago, and last week i started the addback therapy. Well I got my period and this is the fourth day. Usually the first two days are atrociouse when it come to cramping, but then it starts to get better on the third. Here i am on the fourth and am still cramping pretty badly.
