Oophorectomy

Hello Ladies, I went to my doctor yesterday to have an ultrasound, and my right ovary has a cyst inside again. I've had two surgeries on the same ovary, and the same cysts keep coming back even though my doc removed the whole cyst last time. I told him that if it isn't a simple cyst and continues to grow, I'm considering having my right ovary removed because it seems to be susceptible to chocolate cysts, and I don't want to have surgery once a year. I'm also trying to get pregnant, so I can't go on birth control or other meds. My left ovary is fine so far with minimal endo and no pain, and the other endo in my pelvic cavity really doesn't give me problems.... Just this annoying right ovary!!! Has anyone had only one ovary removed and felt better? How about conceiving with just one ovary? Any suggestions or personal stories would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much! Linda
