Could this be endometriosis?? Reply: Linda: "Re: Could this be endometriosis??" I have had some issues for the past few months. I had been complaining of some low back pain, primarily on the left side No pelvic pain. I had been complaining of irregular periods and some heavy bleeding, but no other problems. I have never once had really bad menstrual cramps. I had a ultrasound( pelvic and transvaginal done) the only problem was a mild complex cyst-the cyst was on the right. On the follow up everything was fine and both ovaries were normal. The cyst went away I also had blood work done( ovarian, pituaritary, red blood cell) everything was fine except for the anemia,b ut with the follow-up it was ok. I am going back to my provider in a few weeks. I am very concerned about endometriosis, as I am in my mid 30's and would like to have a baby. Any input is appreciated.
