Hello: I had my first shot on June n1st and go for my next on July 5th. I have been using the add back aqdn it has helped. I have very few hot flashes and it helps with the night sweats. Dont get me wrong I still get night sweats but not as bad. It also helps with the mood swings. Well good luck with it if you need anything else feel free to email me at shosh104@hotmail.com~!!!
