Just diagnosed with endo after a laparascopy

Hi, I had laparascopic surgery 3 weeks ago and had endometriosis cauterized. What I am wondering about is how this surgery will change my endo symptoms? Right now, I am due to start my period any day and my cramping and pelvic pain started 4 days ago which was typical before the surgery. What I am wondering is if the surgery itself is going to solve the 5-6 days of cramping I have been having before my periods? And if I will still have bad pain when I ovulate. I ovulated after my surgery about 7 days after and it hurt pretty bad, but I had just had the surgery and figured it would for at least the first month of ovulation. I wasn't expecting to hurt like this before my period since I had the surgery that removed all of the endo. So, if anyone has any insight into this, I sure could use some help. If this is how I am going to feel every time I ovulate and every time I have a period from here on out, this illness is more complex than I had counted on. I have fibromyalgia and I have my hands full with it every day of my life and getting endo was just like a complete shock to my system. I am only 34. I haven't had children yet, and very much want to. The dr. says there isn't any reason why I shouldn't be able to have children. But, with this much pain associated with endo, how would I make it through a pregnancy? ............ Carla
