Hello! I actually run the PHX support group for the Endometriosis Research Center. I live in Surprise, though and hope maybe I can help you. I actually would not recommend going to Dr. Davis. Please e-mail me off list at FundraisingDirector@endocenter.org or you can join our Phx based group at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/EndoCenter_of_Phoenix/ which talks on why I would not go to him and others feel the same way as well. I will explain why in personal e-mail only on this topic as I do not want to offend anyone. I do have a great gyn who I have seen for over 14 years, as well as Urologist (just had surgery yesterday) and know of great pain clinics as well.
