Ange, Does he have you on any medication? Or did he just do the surgery and nothing else? Alot of us use different hormone therapies to try to keep the disease under control and manage the symptoms. There are also alternative methods such as diet, yoga, acupuncture.... It is possible whether you are on meds or not for the endo pain to come back. I've had two surgeries now and mine never left with the first and was back within months of the second. None the less, I would try to go talk to the doctor. You may be surprised. He could have an answer, or at least some suggestions other than surgery. Good luck, Alyson
