same thing happens to me. i don't know why it happens either, but it really is painful.

the worst part is when i get so bloated, i wear dresses that have no waistband, but my stomach still pooches out. so i get self-conscious and find myself trying most unsuccessfully to suck in my gut. um, that causes even more pain, but i do it anyway because i don't want anyone asking (i teach 7th graders and they're the nosiest kids ever).

bloating stinks. how do we prevent it?
