An EA Debate

As a member I feel like I deserve the chance to submit a little feedback here on all of this EA stuff I see popping up everywhere. I've been a member of this site for a long time, and I've spent a lot of time here over the past 5 months, especially since things with my health have gone completely upside down.

Why is it I am seeing names on this forum that weren't ever there any other time? The name I most remember seeing on this board has been that of Lea Harth. I haven't seen any other EA official on this board posting anything to our members, unless it was a very brief post which happened one time per month, or every 4 months, or every year, as far as that goes. Votes go to people who we know will do something for the good, and the better, of all members involved with this forum. I think most of us would hardly vote for, or take the advice of anyone that doesn't attend and participate in this online forum. The support of your voters starts with the support of your members. If I don't see you here, I don't know you.

And newsletters... I've yet to get the first newsletter from this website. I signed up for every informative and educational piece of material that I could retrieve from this website, and have yet to receive anything other than a mass mailing of the forum posts for a 24 hour period. I've never received anything from this website by regular mail, either.

So the best way to gain supporters, is by being a supporter. And if I get a phone call from anyone asking me to tack on my vote in support for someone I don't know, you can surely bet I'll hang up the phone.
