Cathy, I was on that same exact treatment plan until I began TTC back in December. But the doc told me that skipping the pills should keep it under control until I made my next move (in this case, pregnancy). It was kind of a wait and see type of thing. He tried it before my lap and it didn't help, but after the lap it seemed to be working alright. He made it sound like as long as you do that it stay stagnent. If that's true you would be okay, but I understand the questions, because that's a long time to just do that. I also think it depends on how you're feeling. Either way, I hope my answer helped at least a little.
