Endo diet and nutrican Excellen News!From: anonymous@obgyn.net,Sat Jun 10 16:59:29 2006
Hi Ladies, Those who have been on this site a long time know well my story. I see many new names here, and I am unseure if you have read any of the archived posts and have read any of my story. For a quick catch up, then the reason I am posting today, I will briefly re run my story. In a nut shell; I am 40,started my period at 9, terrible pain by 13, ovarian cysts and the first of 13 Ab surgery's by 16, shortly after, a teen pregnancy and severe hemorrhage birthing at 16. Diagnosed extensive endo, severe scaring and extensive adhesions, secondary infertility at 18. Many of my surgery's were for endo, free up and remove adhesions, ovarian cysts, infertility, and a ectopic pregnancy. Today, I have stage 4 endo, severe and extensive adhesions that have calcified causing a frozen pelvis. My adhesions are binding all my internal organs together. My bladder, kidney, uterus, etc..are bound and pulled into a "waspnest"(as the surgeon put it),my bowel/intestines have partial obstructions and severely matted together from them. This causes no free movement and the contents inside cannot move through with out the aid of daily Magnesium Citrate,(Citromag), a purgative one uses to turn the contents onto liquid and to clean one out for bowel X rays and surgery's),that causes severe cramping and nausea, as any who have had to take it even once knows well! I am on meds as the daily pain is terrible and in combo with the endo/ovarian pain it is intolerable to me. I cannot have any further surgery's to remove them as it is just causing more, ( that is how they got so bad to begin with , (repeated surgery's),and is far to risky for further traum or worse, as they can't tell one thing from the next inside. Until/If I have a total obstruction, and they have to take the chance doing emerg surgery. this is what I live with. I had terrible depression and was diagnosed 6 years ago with fibromyalgia, something I am hear many of us endo-ladies have or get. I have had to do whatever I could to find relief. This has lead me down many different paths, some did nothing, others work well, what I am going to give you now has worked better than anything the Dr has EVER prescribed me. I was going to write it all down, with the doses, but with all this it would take to much space. I am on a diet that is not hard what so ever to keep to, and the supplements are easy to get and I have to tell you, they have done the best yet for me! They have all but eliminated my depression, given me more energy, slowed my menses, evened my moods, rid me of my migrains, cut the recurrence of my cysts in half, and made a huge difference in my life in general. I put it together with much study and the help of a natural med councillor. If you write me I would be happy to send you a list of what I take, but, the links I am going to leave here, that I found in my journeys, backs up exactly what I have found to be my miracle drugs! So you can take most from there. I have just added a few more. Don't get me wrong, it still is not "great" but it sure has helped me to cope MUCH better and lay off all of the other meds that I took to deal with some of them!! :) An some help is FAR BETTER than NONE!! I went through my history again so you would see, if it helped me with all of that, it may be possible it too could help you! Everyone is different, but it may just be worth the try for some relief. Here is the links I hope you will try, it took about a month of faithfully taking them but I can't express the difference it made to me! Good luck and pain free day's...Loretta!! http://www.endometriosis.org/vitaminE.html http://www.endometriosis.org/nutrition.html http://www.endometriosis.org/research-antioxidants.html
