Hi mary, For years I have been to one doctor after another, I actually had a doctor walk into the office with my chart look and me and put his arms in the air and say "I have no idea what to do for you". Needless to say I spent many nights crying because doctors made me feel like I was insane, like i was some freak of nature for not feeling better. It took me a long time but I found an amazing primary care doctor (a DO, not MD) who was willing to do whatever it took, he then helped me find a wonderful OB/GYN and a great hemotolgist. I have put together a great team with the efforts of all doctors involved. I have personally taken my medical records to each of the them and I have them all coordinated, speaking with each other when needed. Do not loose hope, there are some doctors out there that really do care, it may take weeding through the bad to get to the good. Speak to other women in your area about different doctors, call your insurance company and ask them to reccommend someone. If you do not feel comfortable do not stay with the doctor...move on. We have the right to feel better, we have the right to control our own bodies and medical care. Good luck and I truely hope you have a wonderful day Tammy At Thu, 8 Jun 2006, Mary wrote: >
