Hello Kinya. Take a deep breath! Is there any way that you can start a new pack of BC’s? You're in a wedding and the last thing you need is a period! Before I started Lupron, I had my period every third month as well. I had a big event coming up on the week I was supposed to get it. A week before I was to get my period, I visited my doctor and explained my situation. He told me to immediately start in on a new pack and have my period the next month. The new pack stopped my period from coming. I did spot and have some cramps, but it was not a full one.If you are concerned, I would suggest calling your doctor.Explain the situation and hopefully he/she will have you start a new pack.Take some pain medicine, lie down and take a nap when you can. I drink hot tea and read too.

I just read your first post and welcome to the forum! We have a similar story. I became ill with Endo during fall 2003 in college. I was supposed to graduate May 2005, but I had to have my second lap instead. My professors gave me Incompletes, so I had a year to finish. Thankfully, I finished this May! I had to put college off for a year and a half due to illnesses and Endo. Unfortunately, I have been unable to work since March 2005. I will, hopefully, start a part-time job soon. It is extremely frustrating that I have to pay my school loans off every month, as I know that I can not begin a career yet!! (To give credit where it is due, my husband is paying my loans off right now.) I started Lupron in April and pray that it keeps my Endo at bay. Thank God, my side effects have been minimal. I am taking the utmost care of my body and I think that is helping me.I’m 26 and we are not planning on having kids any time soon.My plan is to be well and start working!

Good luck with your wedding and hope you feel better soon! Feel free to email me at sjmusic7@msn.com if you need to talk or vent : )

Take Care, Shawna J
