Confused

From: Sue (anonymous@obgyn.net)

I had my 2nd lap on March 27. They found an endometrioma which was fairly large. It had completely taken over my left ovary, as well as a birth defect they found in my fallopian tube. It appears it wasn't fully developed. The surgery took 5 hours. I am having worse pains than before. They are more sharp/stabbing pains...and now the pain has radiated down to the vagina area. It feels like I'm sitting on a knife most of the time. I don't understand. I thought I would be feeling better. My doctor told me he might be putting me on Neurotin, which is anti-epileptic seizure medication for my spasms. Has anyone heard of that?
