Pamela, I discovered that I had Candida Albicans (yeast overgrowth) in Oct 2005. Since I began treating this problem with probiotics I have noticed a total change in my health and my endo pain. Candida can cause such problems as IBS, yeast infections (although I only had one about every 5 years),naseau, and a whole list of other symptoms. From what I have read, poor nutrition or use of antibiotics and prescription drugs can bring on this condition by actually changing the flora of your gut. Health food stores carry probiotics, and I wouldn't go a day without them! Primal Defense by Garden of Life is the best one that I have found so far. I have also found that unorganic wheat and wheat products will aggravate this condition, so I only consume organic wheat now. You can read Dianne Shepperson Mills' book on endo to better understand the correlation between endo, wheat, and bacterial overgrowth. I would be happy to answer any more questions that you have, but I think your definately headed in the right direction with your research. Try the probiotics (primal defense)! I think that you'll see a difference right away. Hope this helps! Christy At Fri, 2 Jun 2006, Pamela wrote: >
