Another New One!From: Kinya (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu Jun 1 12:03:16 2006
Hello Ladies, Well this is my first time to write but I have been checking out the forum for the past week or so and it is great! I can't believe the mirrior that I am looking into with so many of your stories. So, here is mine: I am 24 years old and was diagnosed with endo in 1999. I just had my 6th lap in April which ended up being an emergency surgery because I was in a lot of pain. I had a lot of trouble finding a doctor when I was younger I had a women who never could figure out what was wrong with me. Then I went to college and passed out in my room and got rushed to the ER had surgery they found endo. That doctor left and then we heard of some great doctors in Houston and I have been with them since 2002. I have IBS, endo, and all that comes with those two diseases. I have done lupron and my body did not respond well at all. So now I am on continues BC necon-150. Anyone taken that? I got married last July and I am working on my master's. I have a good but very stressful job and I feel like I am climbing up the largest mountian. The last year has been rough and the last month since my surgery has not been as great as I hoped. I have still been in pain and I am having terrible headaches. I also have been struggling with bronchitis a lot this year, so I am going to an internist next week. My husband and I want to have kids but with my health and our financial situation I did not want to solve one problem with another (although I want children badly I just want to know I can care for them). So, that's kind of my story however, I want to encouarage all of my sisters on this forum! May God Bless you today and may your pain be light today. I hope and pray that you are having a great day. And also for all of you who are trying new meds good luck and remember what might not have worked for me might just work for you. And also remember that your body is your body and no one can tell you if you are hurting! Please let me know if you have any suggestions for me and I hope that you all are having a wonderful day! God's Blessings, :) Kinya
