Hi, I've been recently diagnosed with endo and I've had a laporoscopy to remove the scar tissue and the doc burned a coupled of exposed nerve endings... the pain was terrible before he did it.. and I don;t feel much better after... I've missed work and have had to stay home during outings and stuff because of the pain.... I'm wondering if a hysterectomy (just my uterus) is the way to go... I've known for a long time that something wasn;t right... but now that I know what it is I'm scared... I know theres no cure... and even after the hyster I can still have problems... I'm done having children... but I'm only 26 years old.. I don;t know if I'm ready to go through menopause... and I don't want to take hormones... I can;t take birth control pills because I smoke and I have a history of hypertention... I'm not so sure what my question is... but I'd like to use you guys as a support group I guess... anyone with any advice would be welcomed... thanks, Em
