i would want the endometriomas off the ovaries before doing anymore IUIs. just because they might keep you from ovulating. are you having sonograms mid-cycle to look at the size of your follicles? progesterone tests 8 days after ovulation and even an ultrasound then to see if the follicles released eggs? if the bloodwork and ultrasounds show ovulation, then perhaps surgery isn't necessary. but if they're interfering, then i'd want to have them removed. or if you can afford it, and if you can handle the extra fertility drugs and extra monitoring, check into IVF.
