Hello:

I can feel your pain today.. I am having one of those days myself.. I actually have my first Lupron shot tom. But i have ahd bad cramps and diarrhea since yesterday!! Its good to hear that you are still exercising and eating right i havent been able to exercise yet ( just had surgery) But i cant wait to start again!! Just try to smile and know that there are people thinking of you!! :):)

I hope you have a better day and are feeling better!!!!
