Hi,

With my endo I do get very painful bowel movements and can have a lot of bleeding. During my investigation into finding out what was wrong I did have a colonoscopy and MRI. BMy bowels and colon were fine so the bleeding was a result of the endo and also a slight tear after my laporotomy. It's great you're getting it looked at as alot of people can be too embarassed but with that area it is always better safe than sorry. How much i bleed varies sometimes very heavy and sometimes just spotting. Usually it happens just before my period this again is a sign of endo. Do not worry it could be a slight tear. Whcih can take ages to heal and can bleed heavily even from the smallest of tears.
