Hello Ladies... I'm here today with what appears to be very good news for me. I missed my (very regular) period this past Saturday. Tested this morning...and it was positive. We have been trying since December, so I feel very fortunate that, even though it felt like a long time, this may be it. I just wanted to ask all of the ladies that have been pregnant if it's normal to have light cramping in the beginning. I have read many places online that say it is (without other symptoms). I haven't had any bleeding at all yet. Since late last week I've had light cramping that comes and goes. Also some stomach pains (more like i have to go to the bathroom, but i really don't need to -- not constipation, just don't need to) and a little queasiness (which i would consider normal). Anything else that has happened seems "normal" to me...but I just wanted to ask you ladies about that part. Of course, there's nobody at the doctor's office today and he does surgeries on Tuesdays...so I don't anticipate seeing him until late this week or early next week. Any advice would be wonderful -- ANY advice on PREGNANCY, especially early pregnancy, since this is my first, would be greatly appreciated. I hope that my positive test gives any other "wanna be moms" like me some hope. Thanks, Jennifer A.
