Just a quick question for everyone here....

I have a lot of pain in my joints at various times. Sometimes my elbow will hurt so bad I just want to cut it off and throw it out the door. Other times it's my wrist. Then it's my shoulder. The joints that bother me is my wrists, elbows, shoulders, and knees.

My doctor told me last Spring that the cartiledge in my knees have all but worn away. He said my left knee is in really bad shape, but I told him my right one is the one that hurts the most. He suggested surgery to fix the left one and then after that go in on the right one while I'm young or I'll end up having a total knee replacement by the time I'm 35. That's only 5 1/2 years away. Big surprise!

What I am curious about is, is there a such thing as Juvenile Arthritis like there is Juvenile Diabetes? I mean, I've had these problems since I was sixteen. I remember laying in bed at night to wake up to terrible pain in my knee that I just cried. They never hurt at the same time, just one at a time. It's the same way with my other joints. Like I'll never have elbow AND knee pain, or shoulder AND wrist pain. It's always one joint.

I'm really wondering if the joint pain I've experienced off and on for the past 15 years has anything to do with Endometriosis at all. It was 2 years to the day after I started my period that I started having joint problems. And right after I started having joint problems is when the doctor told me I had Dysmennorhea. I just wonder if anyone else has this same problem.
