is it possible there's a posterior and an anterior cul-de-sac? i think i saw both terms in my last surgery's reports. i'd assume the posterior would be behind the uterus, and the anterior would be in front. i also have endo behind the uterus between the rectum and vagina, and i have it in the front where the uterus and bladder sort of meet. the entire lower half of my body (including my legs) hurts during my periods.

hope you find out. and i hope you find something to help.
