However, recently a cyst that I have had for about 9 months filled with blood and is now an endometrioma. I have surgery scheduled for next month to remove it. He wont confirm my diagnosis until the lap but if you have an endometrioma does that indicate endometriosis? I definitely have almost all the other symptoms but remain hopeful. Just wondering from your experiences if the discovery of an endometrioma is a sure sign of endometriosis? Thank you for all of your help!!!
