So sorry to hear what you are going through. I think you should get rid of the A-Hole!!! He isn't doing you any good. You should go to another dr and have another ultrasound done and see what they say. Maybe he is a good surgeon, but you are right back where you started so it may not be that much better than a dr. that does cauterization. At least someone else might be willing to help you.

I sometimes think the doctors get frustrated with us because they do the only things they know how to do, yet our pain keeps coming back and we keep annoying them since we can't let go of our hope that maybe one of these times we talk to them there will be something else to help. (I think that was a run on sentence!) Every time I go in to ask my doctor what to do he says, "I think you know your options," which basically means I'm screwed.

If you aren't being treated well, find someone else. Good luck.
