Hi Amanda,

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I would call you doctor until you get an answer that you're satisfied with. It seems that doctors tend to be vague when women are in their first trimester, but that is no excuse! I would call until the doctor calls you back and answers all of your questions, and it he/she doesn't, then I would see someone else. You have to be your own health advocate, that is something I've learned through all of my endo problems. Take care, and best of health to you and your baby.
