Trying to get a doctor to take me seriously

I am in my early 20s and live with horriably pain about three weeks out of the month. Two of which I am pretty much stuck in my bed because I have so much pain. The week right before my cycle I have horriably back pain as well as having to use the bathroom a lot more then usual. I have some other health problems as well right now that my doctors are concentrating on, however I feel that they all probably connect with the endo dieses. The only person that is somewhat taking me seriously is my primary doctor however he cant help me treat it. Only the OBGYN can help. I did get put on a hormone treatment for other things and I have read that, that is one of the ways to treat the dieses but it doesnt seem to be working. I cant work, I cant have a health relationship with my husband and it is affecting my everyday life. On top of that everything that I have been reading says that even all the treatments they have out there, there is a chance that it wont help. I need advice on how to get my doctors to start taking me seriously on this subject. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
