Thanks LorettaFrom: Johna (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue Apr 25 17:35:21 2006
Thank you Loretta for you post back. It is amazing that you can go for so many years with this disease and never have it diagnosed. I have an appt on Thurs this week for a follow up with my family physician, they will do an ultrasound as well. Depending on his findings he will send me back to my gyno, although, he is not the same one I saw in the hospital, which I regret. I have military insurance and cannot use the same doctor I had in the hospital and I felt more comfortable with him. Hopefully, my gyno will be responsive to all the test and info he has to be able to diagnose me with something other than "joint pain" or needing more excersize!!! That is what I got the last 2 times I braved the doctors with my ailments!! I knew better than that but I guess they are skeptical when you hurt and don't make them look for other diagnoses. I have not had quite the pain I have been having, although I finally got AF this weekend. The first 2 days were extremely painful, today, not as much but....as much as I have been hurting it would not suprsise me for it to return because it always does about the time of ovulation. Anyway, I had a few and wanted to let you know I appreciate your response. TAke Care, Johna
