Hi Mel-
I hate Lupron, I took it for 4 months. Had significant weight gain 18 lbs, severe hot flashes and bad mood swings and depression to boot! Lupron did help my symptoms and about 6 weeks after I stopped taking it the symptoms are back (which is this week.) No period yet, but the pain has arrived. Plus I read a lot about Lupron, it has some very serious side effects... So, I would NEVER take it again, in spite of the pain relief it provided. Now, I just have to figure out what to do going forward... ugh!
