Hi! I agree with Alyson...and to add to that, exercise REALLY helps me when I'm in a lot of pain - I know that it's the last thing on your mind when you are in agony but it does really work for me - I love to walk, run and do Pilates. Also, I find that diet really helps me too - I eat a ton of fruit and veggies and overall it makes me feel better. And then on the really really bad days, I too, will take a half of a percocet right before bed to help me sleep. I hope you start to have some easier days ahead... Katie
