I also have severe pain during ovulation, the last time I was ovulating, I was certain a cyst or something had burst the pain was so horrible, my doctor checked everything out and it was just and an "endo flare up", every month this happens, I have pain during my period and during ovulation. The ovulation pain feels like I am labor with pain in my lower back that shoots down my legs. All my doctor has recommended is Lupron, other than that it is Ultram, Tylenol with codeine or ibprofen. I take every vitamin that is supposed to help and basically nothing has worked, I am too scared to try Lupron. Good Luck.
