I broke out in hysterical laughter, I thought I woke my daughter! I am still giggling! Well, this is the story of my poop. I hope this helps! lol I have stage 4 endo and frozen pelvis from all the adhesion's. I have ALOT of both on my bowel and intestine area. My symptoms are severe stabbing pain, down my side, middle and across my Ab. On top of it, it is always throbbing. The worst however is a few hours after I eat and it is half way down my digestive tract and into the bowel area. When my food "stuff" gets to this point it causes severe strain and feels like it is going to burst or rip open. I went their periods of diarrhea and constipation but not all the time. The main symptom is the PAIN, but it always comes as a result of/after eating and before I eliminate it. ALOT of the severe ripping passes after I go and it all is out. While it is working it's way down I get extremely nauseous, while going I can throw up, I think it is from the combination of feeling like I am being ripped apart (DEEP behind my belly button area and on thru), the Dr's have said bowel stuff triggers vomiting/nausea as well. After it pass's the EXTREAM ripping pain passes quickly and is replaced by strong cramping and a thudding pain with sharp twinges. When my bowel is empty it feels like my usual endo pain, which can be sharp, and dull and throbbing. All of this increases when I have my period but my bowel thing is all the time, each and every time, never without. Like I said just a little worse with my period. I don't really know what pain exactly is the endo and what exactly is from the adhesion's. Since I have partial constructions areas in a few places, it would seem to me that is the ripping pain when stuff is passing thru, however I also think the endo along the outside likely feels that way as well from stuff rubbing and pulling on it, but mostly I think the stabbing throbbing sharp is the endo. I don't know I hope this makes sense to you! I really have never tried to actually describe it ALL to anyone but my surgeons! I hope this helps though if some women think they have it along their bowel or intestine, remember though that I am full of adhesion's so I don't know what it would feel like without that. Hope it helps you and some others. I never thought I would be describing my POOP on the internet!!! LOL! ;+} Loretta
