Loretta - I'm new here, but think I would like to find my endo home with you ladies. Kermit mentioned that you had endo on the bowels. I haven't been diagnosed with that exactly, but have a feeling that's what it is. My OB, after putting my on Seasonle, suggeted I go see a gastro. doc that could help me with my IBS-like symptoms. I made an appointment all the while feeling like it wasn't the right thing. I finally looked up a doc in the area that specializes in endo and made an appointment. I'm so excited to talk to him. But, my symptoms are just like IBS - crampy, diarrhea, mucous in stool, sometimes difficult to pass, LOTS of gas, etc. Is this what you're experiencing? Would you say that your endo symptoms are the same as IBS symptoms? I feel like my symptoms get worse around my period, then ease up a bit (not totally) then we're back again to the bad stuff the next month. Any advice or shared symptoms that you could give me would be much appreciated.
