Previous message: dina: "Re: Back Pain?" Hi girls, last week I went to the doctor for my end of the 6 months of Lupron check up. He said that everything went the way he planned, and with a few blood samples, he sent me on my way, and told me to start taking my birth control again, skipping the sugar pills so that I do not have a period. All was well for the first couple days, but after a week, the pain came back and worse than before. Im pretty freaked out right now, and even more after I went to the doctor yesterday. Things are not as good as he thought they were, and the depot lupron did not do what he wanted it to do. He thinks I am worse than before, and wants to do another lap. I am really confused on what to do. How much improvement will there be after another lap. I hear some of you talk about your second and third laps, and I am afraid that I will live the rest of my life having a lap every two to three years to relieve my pain. Im really scared and confused right now, and the courage and strength I thought I had all just disapeared. Any words of wisom would be greatly appriciated.
