HI Lesley,
So sorry to hear of your health problems and pain, I too have had my share of
chocolate cysts and they are no fun at all.At first I may have thought the cyst
had returned but just as quickly I thought to myself, probable endo?
That put up flags for me that with that diagnosis and your symptoms it
is far more probable than not.Likely the surgeon was not very educated in
endo to feel comfortable in that definate diagnosis.
If the removal of the cyst did not take away your pain and the surgeon suspected
it then I think you definatly are on the right path in finding a new Dr to look into this for you.
It really is too bad that while you were already open a diagnosis could not be confirmed.
As a lap is the difinative way to a diagnosis. I hope some ladies here can lead you in the right
direction of a doctor. I myself am in Canada so there I am of no help. Nor,
unfortunatly, do I know the US system of finding a doctor. I do however know what pain is all about
and I am sorry you still have so much. I wish you the best in finding a doctor and a definate
diagnosis. You are in the right place to ask all of your questions. the ladies
here are full of knowledge and very helpful.I wish you all the best and Health "n" Healing Loretta
