Loretta,

I don't think anyone could say what we feel better than Heather did in her survivor's letter. I have the copyrighted version of the letter that she sent me. She doesn't want the letter given out without the copyright info (understandable) so if you want it, email me personally and I'll send it to you. While you are sending letters out, if you email me, I'll give you the name and address of the jerk I encountered.
