Coping with Endometriosis

I was diagnosed with endometriosis about 2 months ago. I had laparoscopy. While he was operating he found quite a bit of endometrial tissue. He gave me the choices of gettin pregnant, hysterectomy, and Lupron Depot(which is a GnRH drug). I have heard alot of things about the hormones such as the side effects and so I am struggling with this decision. My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years but are not financially able to have kids right now, but I definately want kids. I am 20 years old and couldn't imagine my life without atleast one kid, so that is a definite no for the hysterectomy. My mother and his mother would help us financially if we decide to have a baby, but this means I cannot complete college. So somebody please help me. This is the hardest decision I have ever been left up to. So anyone with any information, Please Help. Thanks
