Re: severe pelvic pain, please read my story and tell me if you have had similar problems

Did they rule out anything eurological when you were in the hospital? I'm assuming so...Several of us on this site have back pain and specifically scaitic nerve pain associated with our endo. The pain shoots from the hip bone up into the back and down the leg. I've never lost function of my legs though. I'm wondering if it is endo if it could be possible that there is growth that is applying pressure to a nerve or blood supply? As for the pelvic pain, it sounds pretty spot on. I just always hate to say that it sounds like endo there for it must be endo because there are other things that can cause pelvic pain like cysts, fibroids, etc. I really hope you don't have to wait too long to see the OBGyn and get some answers. Good luck, Alyson
