You use 1.5 to 3 ounces per month. Depending on your weight. The heavier you are the more you will need. Do not use cream with wild yam extract in it. Here is a link with info on the use of the cream for Endo: http://www.endo-resolved.com/progesterone.html The site also has a link to a brand if you don't feel like doing all the research to find one with the needed dosage of natural progesterone.
