Stephanie,

I just posted the other day that I am getting some relief from the Pogesterone cream. I use Emerita (do a google search to buy on line) or find it at a natural herbal store (hard to find with enough progesterone though). I put 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon on the my breasts every night before bed. Use the cream from the first day after period to the first day of next.

I have surgery scheduled with Dr. Sinervo at the CEC and he told me that in fact this cream does give significant relief to 50-70% of women who use it. He said he does not reccomend it for long term use but to go ahead and try it til my surgery in the later part of summer.

This is my first period since I started using the cream and I don't hurt as bad. I'm not lying in bed crying my eyes out. It says to reach full benefit you may need to use for 2-4 months. I am having relief in 1 month. Don't know about the fish oil but the cream A+ here.
