Dena,
I am using Emerita. I originally found the dosage you are supossed to
use on some web site. I suggest doing a google search for natural
progesterone and Endo. Whatever is the most popular is where I found
the dosage. I just put a little dab on each wrist and a little dab on
the soles of my feet. Another good place they say to use it is your
breasts. Anyplace that has thin skin. Hope it helps. let us know.
