Ericka,

Welcome to the forum. I am sure you will meet a lot of very nice women here and you deffinately will never feel alone as long as you continue to come here. We all relate with one another which is GREAT.

Anyhow, a lot of us know what you are going through. Endo sucks...plain and simple. It puts a hault to normal everyday activities which we can not enjoy a lot of the time.

The doctor issue will continue to be an ongoing issue here. We have all had really bad doctors that constantly dismiss us and it is wonderful to hear when some one finds a doctor who understands your pain and will do anything to help you get comfort from it.

I am going through my fist period since I started natural progesterone cream. Normally right now I am curled up in bed crying with a trash can next to me becasue I always get sick and can't even walk to the bathroom. Today I am on the computer and playing games. I am also taking my pain meds but usually that doesn't even help at all. Right now I am VERY uncomfortable but am able to at least sit and tears are not rolling down my face. Most doctors will tell you the natural progesterone cream will not help (becasue it is not FDA approved and they are not making any money on it) but I'm here to ssay it is helping me alot. I have surgery scheduled in July at The Center For Endo Care in Georgia and when I first heard about the progesterone cream my hubby wouldn't let me use it until I was told it was safe. I emailed Dr. Sinervo at The CEC and he said yes it is safe to use on a short term basis and he also said that 50-70% of women who use it does get significant pain relief from it. he said to go ahead and use it til my surgery. If interested I use Emoritta. (I think that's how it's spelled). I found it at a Natural herbal store but you can get it easier off the internet. Hope some of this info helps.
